The basic rules for using Suertay. Mostly common sense.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Suertay (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of the service
Suertay provides editorial guidance and aggregated pricing information about Florida theme parks, including Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, SeaWorld Orlando, and Busch Gardens Tampa. We are an independent third-party site and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these parks or their parent companies.
Pricing displayed on Suertay is provided as a reference and may not reflect real-time availability or current promotional pricing at the merchant's official site. Final pricing, availability, and terms are determined by the merchant at checkout. Always verify pricing on the official park or merchant site before purchasing.
3. Use of the site
You may use Suertay for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission.
- Use our content to train AI models without permission.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service.
- Misrepresent our editorial content to imply endorsement of products we have not endorsed.
4. Affiliate links and third-party services
Suertay contains affiliate links to third-party services (theme park ticket resellers, hotel booking sites, etc.). When you click these links and complete a purchase, we may earn a commission. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
We are not responsible for the products, services, or practices of any third party. Once you click a link to a third-party site, you are subject to their terms and privacy policy, not ours.
5. Intellectual property
The Suertay name, logo, design, editorial content, photographs (where created by us), and code are the property of Suertay and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to Suertay pages and quote brief portions of our editorial content with attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not copy substantial portions or use our content for commercial purposes without permission.
Theme park names, logos, attraction names, and trademarks (e.g., "Magic Kingdom," "Hogwarts," "Mako," etc.) are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names on Suertay is for informational purposes only and does not imply endorsement.
6. Disclaimers
Suertay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any pricing, availability, hours of operation, or other information on the site. Theme parks change their prices, schedules, attractions, and policies frequently — sometimes daily. Always confirm critical information directly with the park or merchant before making travel decisions.
Suertay is not a travel agent and does not sell tickets directly. We provide editorial guidance and link to third-party merchants who do.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suertay and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost vacations, missed reservations, ticket pricing changes, or any decisions made based on information from Suertay.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
